- Assign specific responsibilities at all levels throughout the Company and provide proven tools to eliminate incidents
Cascade Card - See a hazard on site or in the office? Fill out an Identify-Act Document through our Cascade Card program. All cards are reviewed by our EHS team, and used to train and engage employees in active hazard recognition and intervention. Employees from across our organization submit over 2,000 Cascade Cards each month. We strongly encourage our clients to participate in this program.
JSA - Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) are a key element of Cascade’s Hazard Recognition, Prevention & Control Program. These risk assessment tools are used by employees throughout the project lifecycle to identify, document, and mitigate task related and site specific hazards.
MAP™ - Our proprietary and highly proactive industry leading Maintenance Advantage Program® (MAP) integrates preventative maintenance with corporate health & safety and transportation compliance programs. This comprehensive fleet management program results in total fleet and equipment support with an emphasis on prevention.
Training - Employees receive extensive classroom and on-the-job training. All Cascade field and operations personnel are trained in accordance with OSHA 1910.120 Hazardous Waste Training requirements.
