At a site in California, a confidential client needed to address groundwater contamination—including EDB, 1,2-DCA, and other compounds of concern—within silty sand, sand, and gravel layers. Cascade was brought in to deliver a large-scale injection program across 86 points using emulsified lecithin substrate (ELS) and SDC-9. With limited working space and challenging lithology, precision was key. Cascade implemented a high-flow recirculation system and leveraged its PathfinderTM automation platform to control flow and pressure at each location—ensuring optimized amendment delivery with minimal disruption.
