Alejandro Wesaw brings a diverse background in sales, operations, and leadership to his role as Client Services Manager at Cascade Environmental. With over a decade of experience covering environmental remediation, banking, and the military, Alejandro is passionate about building client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering innovative solutions.
Alejandro joined Cascade in 2012 as an in situ remediation operator, where he gained hands-on expertise in. After advancing his career in the banking industry, Alejandro returned to Cascade in 2022, first as Operations Manager and later as West Coast Client Services Manager. In these roles, he managed complex technical operations, motivated teams, and identified growth opportunities across California, Nevada, and Arizona. His ability to blend technical knowledge with a customer-focused approach makes him a valuable resource for clients tackling challenging environmental projects.
