Marti has been with Cascade since 2007. Her journey began in our administrative department, where her dedication to Cascade and natural curiosity shone through. Recognizing her exceptional qualities, she transitioned into the role of Project Manager Associate, where she excels.
Marti plays a pivotal role in supporting local operations managers and the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth compliance with Department of Transportation regulations for our drillers and drivers. Her expertise extends to supporting our project managers by spearheading essential preparations for client projects. This includes managing contracts, navigating insurance requirements, and overseeing supply chain logistics.
